Question
The droppings are mostly in the drawer corner and around the cabinet hinge. I do not see shredded material or gnaw marks. I cleaned once and the specks came back two days later.
Pest Or Not answer
The separate dark pellets in the photo look more consistent with mouse or other small rodent droppings than cockroach specks. Treat the insect sighting as a separate clue: check for gnaw marks, entry gaps, urine odor, and fresh pellets along walls before choosing traps or roach bait.
